The Blue Mountains and Bondi Beach, September 2012

The Three Sisters

David and Me, Ingrid and Tony and a lovely lady we met on the tour.
The cable car we took from one side to the other, it was freezing up there. There was even a few snowflakes.

Our tour guide tried to encourage a funnel web spider out, eeek!
The worn sandstone mountain top
The wind was so fierce the water wasn't making it to the bottom.
Beautiful wisteria, I love it!

Bondi Beach. This pool belongs to the Bondi Icebergs, a club that swims year round.
A kite festival on the beach

The beach was crowded but when we left there were hundreds more arriving.

RUOK day - all about depression and taking the time to ask someone "Are you okay?"

  1. Love that waterfall! Beautiful photos, looks like you saw quite a bit on your trip. I love wisteria also, just so delicate and pretty. Bondi Beach looks like a hoppin place! What is the large city on it's border? Thanks for sharing, I love seeing where everyone travels to.

  2. Bondi is in Sydney, Viv. The Blue Mountains were just a day trip from Sydney also.
