Refraction in droplets still amaze me. I've used these little Dianella flowers before. It's a long way to 365!

Ribbet 156 / 365
I was chasing rainbows... I mean butterflies when I saw this little guy hiding amongst the ginger and duranta so had to have a shot of him.

Glasswing Butterfly 157 / 365
I rescued this one from a spider web. She was then happy to pose for me while she recovered from the ordeal. Her wings are quite transparent, hence the name glasswing. If you view large you can see through the wing to see the stamen of the hibiscus. (Acraea andromacha)

Spide 158 / 365
The spiders and I have become pretty close of late. This fellow's name is Spide, he has a couple of mates, Spidey and Long Legs.

Lily 159 / 365

Ibis' in Tree 160 / 365
I'm not very happy with this but it was the most interesting of the few shots I took. Totally over-processed but the sky was blah so it's all I've got. Some Ibis' sitting in a tree next to this nice old house which is still lived in by the way.

Hot Rio Nights 161 / 365
Love that name! It's the name of this heliconia flower, one of my favourites in my garden. The fronds are taller than the gutters on the house. It's pictured with my newest statue which was a gift from David.
